   - When a partner boarding academy is the best athletic fit, our launch work is covered by the chosen academy's standard marketing budget (`0 €` for the family, with no hidden markups; the academy commission is a conflict of interest we disclose in writing and manage).
2. **Custom Setup — Club + Private Coach + School & Player Onboarding (`Fixed fee by scope`, paid by the family):**
   - When an individual route outside a boarding academy fits better (especially for players aged 12–15 relocating with parents), there is no academy payer — so the family pays a fixed fee for assembling the club + private coach + accredited school setup, residency paperwork (via partner immigration lawyers), housing, and RFET licenses.
3. **Direct Academy Offer & Contract Review (`900–1,200 €`, paid by the family):**
   - For families who already received a direct offer from an academy before contacting us: pre-deposit verification of actual assigned group coaches on court, seasonal court-ratio caps, school accreditation, all-in tournament/physio budget (+8,000–15,000 €/year), and injury/exit clauses. Fully credited against any paid service, including a club + private coach route.
4. **Family Relocation (`Fixed fee by scope`, paid by the family):**
   - City and neighborhood selection, long-term housing search, international or local school placement for siblings, and everyday setup.
5. **Full-Season On-Ground Support (`On request`, paid by the family):**
   - On-ground presence at practices and tournaments in Spain, tournament calendar coordination with coaches (RFET, Tennis Europe, ITF Juniors), schooling check-ins, and coordination with sports medicine doctors and physiotherapists during growth spurts or load adjustments.
