We evaluate boarding academies and custom "club + private coach + school" setups in a single selection process. When you choose a partner academy, matching and enrolment are free for the family: our work is covered by the chosen academy (the academy commission is a conflict of interest we disclose in writing and manage). When you choose a custom non-academy setup, season oversight, or family relocation, the family pays our fee directly. Pre-deposit offer review fees (900–1,200 €) are fully credited against any paid service, including a club + private coach route.

Objective comparison of boarding academies and custom routes for your player's age, shortlist of verified bases, organizing trial days on court, contract verification, and enrolment.
Season Support
On-ground presence at practices and tournaments, tournament schedule coordination with coaches, schooling check-ins, and regular parent updates.

- • Full-season tournament calendar structured alongside the coach, entries, and travel logistics
- • Coordinating with coaches and medical staff: if load or growth-related pain becomes a concern, we arrange a specialist assessment and follow up that the plan is applied. Medical decisions are made by doctors and physiotherapists.

- • Regular feedback for parents in English, Spanish, or Russian
Family Relocation
City and neighborhood selection, long-term housing search, international or local school placement for siblings, and everyday setup.
Custom Setup (Club + Private Coach) & Player Onboarding
Assembling an individual training route (tennis club + personal coach + accredited school) where no boarding academy is involved, plus residency paperwork (via partner immigration lawyers), housing, and RFET & regional federation licenses.
Direct Academy Offer & Contract Review
For families who already hold a direct offer from an academy: pre-deposit verification of actual group coaches on court, peak-season court ratios, school accreditation, tournament/physio add-on budgets, and exit clauses — plus 2–3 objective alternatives.

Assigned Group Coach vs. Academy Director
Academy directors oversee methodology, while daily court work is led by specific unit coaches. We verify in advance which exact coach will run your child's group and their involvement on court.
Seasonal Court Ratios (Autumn vs. Spring Peak)
A trial week in November often has 2 players per court, whereas spring clay season brings higher occupancy. We clarify maximum players-per-court caps for your specific training tier.
School Accreditation & Diploma Recognition
Whether the campus uses an on-site international school or a distance-learning platform, we verify official homologation (British, US, or Spanish Bachillerato) so the academic year is fully recognized.
Full-Season Budget Beyond Base Tuition
Base boarding tuition rarely includes weekend tournament coach travel, individual sparring, stringing, or sports recovery. We calculate the true all-in season budget (+8,000–15,000 €) upfront.
Injury Pause & Mid-Season Exit Terms
Annual contracts often carry strict payment schedules. Before signing, we review medical pause provisions, credit carry-overs, and exit terms in case of growth-phase injuries or format changes.
